Well I need to take some time now to discuss a serious DeviantART issue. I have recently discovered a disturbing number of people who seem to think they can put Yaoi up on DeviantART. And in the most underhanded way at that.

I keep coming across images with tiny previews and discriptions that read "^__^^ Ooooo~! This is dirty hardcore yaoi! *lol* I'm so naughty! Download to view!".

No.

This is not right.

If you had to make it "Downloadable" it probably didn't belong on DeviantART to begin with. You're still hosting porn on DeviantART. Porn is still against DeviantART policy. You had to know it was wrong if you're bothering to hide it.

So for now on, if I catch you sneaking particularly harcore yaoi*, yuri*, hentai, ecchi, yiff, whatever onto DeviantART via a preview and a download, I WILL ban you. I don't care who you are, how long you've been here or even if its my favorite yaoi pairing. I'll be one stonecold mofo if I have to be.

So I suggest if any of you reading this have such things in your gallery that you do the right thing and delete them NOW. And find some site like VCL (only non-furry) that WILL host these things, because we don't allow them here. We never have. We never will.

Personal Update

Wooo someone reminded me... yeah! I've been on DeviantART one whole year!



I was gonna do something but... uhhh.. I guess I forgot. So lets all just dance. I'm just adding this to the end here because I want to keep this information about this current problem up.

And thanks to all my new watchers and people leaving mesages on my site down there. I know I don't respond to messages like I used to, but I've been exhausted lately and we have that whole 2 message limit now.

GASP Where the "Advertisement Corner"!? Well I decided to move it to the new "Shout Board" now available in the blog features for Subscribers within me Journal. I'm tweeking it, but sorry.. heh.. the load time will still be there.
