It may not look like much to you, but it holds alot of emotional value to me.

As some of you know Terith is one of the oldest/most developed/favorite of my characters. What some of you may NOT know is listening to the band Flogging Molly makes me think of him. Alot.

It's probably because I always work on things for my fantasy story listening to Celtic music (usually Lorenna McKinnet and Maire Brennan), so say if my comic were a movie, I'd want the entire soundtrack to be Celtic.

Flogging Molly are well.. Celtic Rock. So mix Celtic with the great lyrics, wry humour and attitude.. and well.. I can't help but think I'm my trouble-making, clownish, yet very wise elf-boy.

There's one song by them in particular called "If I Ever Leave This World Alive" ... It fits the ending I've planned for the story to. the. KEY. Again, if it were a movie, this would be the ending theme, the image song of the character.

Terith has had to leave so much behind in his life, because of who he is, because of what he is. The song makes me think of this, and think of the ending so much that I sometimes get choked up listening to it.
