NOT A NEW CHARACTER OMG

Sorry. Just every time I finally draw one of my older characters everyone thinks it's brand new and I just pulled it out of my ass yesterday. As much as I would love to pretend I'm that much of a genius, it is not so!

Of course this is my fault for focusing on my newer angel characters nearly the entire time I've been on DA

Anyway, yes, this is an old character, one who I haven't done finished art of in a long time if ever. I was listening to this weird Celtic song I had initially heard on a Celtic netradio and had to buy a CD just to have an MP3 of called "Gwenhyfar" (It's Gaelic. I think), and this drawing came out. So I finished it.

This character is Goddess Kamen, one of two creator gods in the Chosen One (Terith's story) universe (I admit I never actually designed the other, but I know what he's like.) Her look is based off a mask that I made in High School (and uploaded on my website just because of this piece ) thus her name, Kamen, which is Japanese for "mask". Although I named her as a hopeless little weeaboo, and have considered changing her name, I think it sounds good.

I have to be honest, I was at a loss on what to do for a background, I think this one is satisfactory. I'm glad I did the border the way I did, however. And I do love how Kamen herself came out.

Consider her Milli's cousin, she's just another of my "enigmatic little girl" characters (there's a third who doesn't really have a story and who I hardly ever draw. I should draw the three of them together.)

Also I must note I DID NOT draw those cherry blossoms entirely. >__> I worked off some screentones from Manga Studio Debut because the flowers I originally drew sucked so bad.
